NSU - a summary of historical dates

1873 - 1969 NSU: independent manufacturer of bicycles,
mopeds, scooters, motorcycles and cars.

1969 - 1984 Audi NSU Auto Union AG
NSU was part of VW-Audi.

NSU Prinz 4, 1000 C, TT and 1200 C to be produced until the year 1972/1973.
The NSU Ro 80 was made until the year 1977.

1984 - present AUDI AG and NSU GmbH, Auto Union GmbH,
Audi Tradition Neckarsulm and Audi Tradition Ingolstadt, Germany.

2003 - Audi Club International - Founded in Germany,
This Audi Club became an umbrella brand for the clubs

The production of knitting machines started in Neckarsulm Germany 150 years ago and in 1886 the first bicycles were made. Motorcycles were made from 1900.
